🧠 Neurotechnologies are rapidly reshaping our understanding of the human brain, offering tools for its enhancement and interaction with machines. Yet, their development raises key ethical issues, from safeguarding mental freedom to ensuring equal access.
The UNESCO Hong Kong Association is delighted to host the IV International UNESCO Model on the theme “The Ethics of Neurotechnology”, under the chairmanship of the World Federation of Clubs and Associations for UNESCO, and in collaboration with the Kazakhstan National Federation of Clubs for UNESCO.
🙋🏻♀️ As the host city, Hong Kong citizens/students at a university in Hong Kong who are aged 18 to 25 will have the chance to co-create innovative solutions for the ethical development of neurotechnology with youth delegates from around the globe!
