In the section regarding digital education policies, Article 113 of the policy address proposes that \u201dThe EDB will establish the Steering Committee on Strategic Development of Digital Education to promote digital education, renew the Junior Secondary Science Curriculum and provide support for teachers in using AI in teaching.\u201c<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> On August 12, 2024, the United Nations International Youth Day, the UNESCO Hong Kong Association released the &#8216;Youth Prospect on the Use of Artificial Intelligence and Education&#8217; (the Youth Prospect) drafted by youth representatives participating in the &#8216;2024 Model UNESCO International Conference&#8217;, which was submitted to the Chief Executive&#8217;s Office by Professor Karen Cheung, President of the  UNESCO Hong Kong Association and Director of the Hong Kong Institute of Education for Sustainable Development.<br>In her letter, Professor Cheung specifically highlighted Article 18 and Article 24 of the &#8220;Youth Prospect&#8221;, respectively proposing the establishment of a committee composed of professionals from the education sector and various fields to supervise the use of artificial intelligence in education, and calling for the establishment of an institution called the &#8216;Education Artificial Intelligence Committee&#8217; under the Education Bureau to provide resources for schools and assist them in applying artificial intelligence in education according to the situation of each school.<br>The recommendations in &#8220;Youth Prospect&#8221; have been included in the Chief Executive&#8217;s 2024 Policy Address, and corresponds to the priority action areas &#8220;Advancing Policy&#8221; and &#8220;Empowering Youth&#8221; of the UNESCO&#8217;s 2030 Education for Sustainable Development initiative. The UNESCO Hong Kong Association hopes to continue support young people to propose more insightful and innovative recommendations in policy promotion, and jointly promote sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2024\u5e7410\u670816\u65e5\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u7279\u5225\u884c\u653f\u5340\u653f\u5e9c\u300a\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b982024\u5e74\u65bd\u653f\u5831\u544a\u300b\u6b63\u5f0f\u767c\u4f48\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u91dd\u5c0d\u6578\u5b57\u6559\u80b2\u653f\u7b56\uff0c\u65bd\u653f\u5831\u544a\u7b2c113\u689d\u63d0\u51fa\u300c\u6559\u80b2\u5c40\u6703\u6210\u7acb\u300e\u6578\u5b57\u6559\u80b2\u7b56\u7565\u767c\u5c55\u7763\u5c0e\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\u300f\uff0c\u63a8\u52d5\u6578\u5b57\u6559\u80b2\uff0c\u4ea6\u6703\u66f4\u65b0\u521d\u4e2d\u79d1\u5b78\u79d1\u8ab2\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e26\u652f\u63f4\u6559\u5e2b\u4f7f\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u6559\u5b78\u3002\u300d2024\u5e748\u670812\u65e5\u806f\u5408\u570b\u570b\u969b\u9752\u5e74\u65e5\uff0c\u9999\u6e2f\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e54\u5354\u6703\u767c\u4f48\u7531\u53c3\u8207\u300c2024 \u6a21\u64ec\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e54\u570b\u969b\u5927\u6703\u300d\u7684\u9752\u5e74\u4ee3\u8868\u651c\u624b\u8d77\u8349\u7684\u300c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u8207\u6559\u80b2 \u2013 \u9752\u5e74\u5c55\u671b\u300d\uff0c\u4e26\u7d93\u7531\u9999\u6e2f\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e54\u5354\u6703\u6703\u9577\u3001\u9999\u6e2f\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u6559\u80b2\u5b78\u9662\u9662\u9577\u5f35\u6c81\u6559\u6388\u63d0\u4ea4\u81f3\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b98\u8fa6\u516c\u5ba4\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u5f35\u6559\u6388\u5728\u4fe1\u51fd\u4e2d\u7279\u5225\u6307\u51fa\u53ca\u95dc\u6ce8\u9752\u5e74\u5c55\u671b\u4e2d\u7b2c18\u689d\u53ca\u7b2c24\u689d\u5206\u5225\u5efa\u8b70\u300c\u6210\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u6559\u80b2\u754c\u53ca\u5404\u754c\u5c08\u696d\u4eba\u58eb\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u59d4\u54e1\u6703\uff0c\u4ee5\u76e3\u7763\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u5728\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u300d\u4ee5\u53ca\u300c\u547c\u7c72\u5728\u6559\u80b2\u5c40\u4e0b\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e00\u500b\u540d\u70ba\u300e\u6559\u80b2\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u6167\u90e8\u9580\u300f\u7684\u6a5f\u69cb\uff0c\u70ba\u5b78\u6821\u63d0\u4f9b\u8cc7\u6e90\u4e26\u5354\u52a9\u5b78\u6821\u56e0\u61c9\u5404\u6821\u60c5\u6cc1\u5728\u6559\u80b2\u4e2d\u61c9\u7528\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u300d\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u300c\u4eba\u5de5\u667a\u80fd\u8207\u6559\u80b2 \u2013 \u9752\u5e74\u5c55\u671b\u300d\u4e2d\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u7372\u300a\u884c\u653f\u9577\u5b982024\u5e74\u65bd\u653f\u5831\u544a\u300b\u63a1\u7d0d\uff0c\u97ff\u61c9\u806f\u5408\u570b\u6559\u79d1\u6587\u7d44\u7e542030\u5e74\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u6559\u80b2\u7684\u300c\u653f\u7b56\u5021\u8b70\u300d\u53ca\u300c\u8ce6\u80fd\u9752\u5e74\u300d\u512a\u5148\u884c\u52d5\u9818\u57df\uff0c\u5354\u6703\u671f\u671b\u7e7c\u7e8c\u652f\u6301\u9752\u5e74\u5728\u653f\u7b56\u63a8\u9032\u4e2d\u63d0\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u6709\u5efa\u8a2d\u6027\u7684\u5275\u65b0\u5efa\u8b70\uff0c\u5171\u540c\u63a8\u52d5\u53ef\u6301\u7e8c\u767c\u5c55\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
