Mr Sin stimulated the interest of the participating students through sharing of his thoughts and insights on sustainable development.<\/p><p>Students participated in a series of talks, workshops, field visits before working on their project deliverables of an individual self-reflection and a group board display project. Professionals and specialists in their respective industries were assigned as mentors to each group of students as a resource for their project work. These project deliverables were showcased and assessed by a panel of distinguished judges during a Board Display Exhibition on the 16 April 2011.<\/p><p>The Closing Ceremony and Awards Presentation was successfully held on the 7th of May to mark the finale of this programme. Ms Vivian Lau Lee-kuan JP, Deputy Secretary of the Environment Bureau, graced our event as the officiating guest. Rotary dignitaries Past President Mr Eugene Fong, Vice President, Rotary Adopt a School and PE Mr Simon Ng, Rotary E-Club of District 3450 were also the guests of honor.<\/p><h4>Profile<\/h4><ol><li>A collaborative learning programme for New Senior Secondary (NSS) students to meet their learning needs.<\/li><li>Contemporary contents relating to ESD &#8211; namely: environment, economy, culture and society.<\/li><li>A series of integrated student-centred activities to provide an engaging learning experience <br \/>through: seminars\/forums; interactive thematic workshops;
