UNESCO&#8217;s International Bioethics Committee (IBC) and the Draft Recommendation on the Ethics of Neurotechnology (2024) emphasize the need for ethical frameworks to protect brain data, cognitive liberty, and human identity.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">At the 43rd UNESCO General Conference in November 2025. UNESCO issued the first global normative framework on the ethics of neurotechnology on November 5; it is set to enter into force on November 12. This recommended standard is designed to maintain a balance between innovation and human rights to protect the human brain and brain-related data from misuse.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-eab4a67 jltma-glass-effect-no elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" with the title sponsorship of Bank of China (Hong Kong).&nbsp; Youths aged 18-25 from 25 different countries participated in the conference, creating a platform for a dynamic simulation and critical The process will proceed in reverse alphabetical order, with every three delegations proposing their respective motions. One motion will be selected through voting. Secondary School Model UNESCO Conference on World Heritage\u201d. 162 secondary school students from 30 schools in Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area passed the preliminary and participated in the conference. The delegation from Hong Kong, China, sent by the UNESCO Hong Kong Association (UHKA), shared Hong Kong\u2019s strategy and initiated active discussions with 58 youth delegations from around the globe. The strategy from Hong Kong, China was highly appraised by global youth delegates and expert judges, and was voted as the Best Strategy to be included in the final resolution.<\/p><p><img
